Your contractual partner is LOSFONDOS GmbH, Burgstrasse 24, CH-9404 Rorschacherberg. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

LOSFONDOS GmbH provides services for the creation and delivery of physical and digital QR codes. The QR codes enable communication between item owners and potential finders through an integrated scan mechanism.

  • Physical QR codes are shipped worldwide; shipping costs may apply.
  • Digital QR codes are provided electronically.
  • Fees may apply for the creation, delivery, and maintenance of QR codes.

2. Eligibility

To use www.losfondos.com, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
  • provide complete and accurate information during registration or purchase,
  • comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • ensure that QR code content does not contain illegal, harmful, or prohibited material,
  • comply with all laws and regulations applicable in their respective jurisdiction,
  • maintain the confidentiality of their account and payment information.

4. Fees and Payments

  • All fees for physical and digital QR Codes are clearly displayed on the website.
  • Payments must be made in advance using the available payment methods (e.g., Stripe).
  • Fees are generally non refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise on the website.
  • Notice for EU consumers: The statutory right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts involving the delivery of digital content once execution has begun, as well as for goods manufactured to customer specifications (individualized QR codes/stickers).

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Physical QR codes are shipped to the address provided by the user; delivery times may vary depending on destination.
  • LOSFONDOS GmbH is not liable for delays caused by shipping providers, customs procedures, or incorrect address details.
  • Digital QR codes are delivered electronically after payment confirmation.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • LOSFONDOS GmbH is not responsible for the return of lost items or the outcome of communication between owners and finders.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, www.losfondos.com excludes all liability for slight negligence, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits.
  • No guarantee is given for uninterrupted or error free access to the website or services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including software, design elements, branding, and QR code functionality, is the exclusive intellectual property of LOSFONDOS GmbH. No part of the services may be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Data Protection and Security
