  • Technical Data: Automatically collected information such as IP address, browser type, device information, usage data, as well as cookies and comparable technologies.

  • Processing and fulfillment of orders for physical and digital QR codes.
  • Enabling anonymous communication between owners and finders of lost items.

  • The hosting of all data on highly secure servers at a physical bunker location in Switzerland.
  • The encrypted and token-based forwarding of messages to maintain full anonymity between finder and owner.
  • Encryption of sensitive data during transmission (e.g., SSL/TLS).
  • Regular security audits and system updates.
  • Access restrictions to personal data for authorized persons.

Despite maximum diligence, no technical solution can guarantee absolute protection.

6. Disclosure and Transfer of Data

We do not sell or rent personal data. Disclosure only occurs in the following cases:

  • Third-Party Providers: Payment processing (Stripe), shipping, hosting, or IT operations.
  • Legal Requirements: Upon official or legal requests.

The processing of payments via Stripe may lead to a data transfer to the USA.
